Alternative to L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream

Alternative to L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream

At Nakin we always keep up to date and knowledgeable about the other skincare brands out there and one of the products that we hear a lot about is the L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream. We know it is a favourite of those that like anti-wrinkle creams. It is a lovely cream and has impressive results, but also has a very high price tag. If you are looking for a more affordable alternative to the L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream, then Nakin have just the product with our Nakin Active Dew Face Cream. It is a stunning five star rated award-winning face moisturiser.

At Nakin our Active Dew Anti-Ageing Cream has all the love and nourishment of the L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream but without the high price tag. The L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream costs £80 for 50ml, whereas our Active Dew Cream is only £22 for the same size 50ml pot. Apart from the price they have lots of similarities. They both come in an easy-to-use jar, but the best thing is that they are both jam packed with goodness and beautiful botanical extracts. They are rich in some of the best plant oils available and contain hyaluronic acid, which is one of the best natural plant hydrating extracts available. This means that they are both intensive natural face creams with superb anti-ageing ability. They protect skin against the visible signs of ageing, including fine lines and wrinkles, plus plump skin for a soft, supple, hydrated complexion.

Customers love our face cream as they notice immediate differences to their skin as it feels softer, smoother, and incredibly protected. It gives fantastic moisture but without being greasy or drowning skin in oil, so skin is left glowing but never shiny. It takes dry, dehydrated and dull skin plus revitalises it to give a fresh, healthy dewy glow. It does all of this without the synthetic silicones and PEGs in the Immortelle Cream, so will have a different finish and feel on the face and neck. This is because we prefer to use only natural moisturising agents in our face products, even though they do not have that luxurious coated feeling on skin . So, if you like a calm, soft, youthful complexion that is highly natural and protects from environmental stressors like pollution and cold weather, then our Nakin Active Dew Cream is one of the best face creams around for this.

Another difference in the creams is the scent, at Nakin we only use a subtle 100% natural fragrance in our products, as they are kind to all skin types, including sensitive skin. The L’Occitane cream seems to have a stronger fragrance. But at Nakin we keep fragrance to a minimum because apart from smelling nice, fragrance has no benefits for skin and can cause sensitivity and other negative effects. We use similar high performing modern plant extracts in our face creams, but in a much more natural formulation. We never use ingredients like Dimethicone and Disodium EDTA in our products, these have some controversy around them and are also not necessary, as natural ingredients can do a better job. Dimethicone is a silicone which makes skin feel soft and smooth, however, it has no real benefits to skin. This is the same as fragrance and is why we only use a mild completely natural scent in our face creams. Instead of fragrance and silicones, we prefer to fill our products with ingredients that actually benefit skin and our serum is nearly 99% natural and we feel it is just as effective.

If your skin is more on the oily side, then we recommend using our Nakin Matt Formula Face Cream instead. It has all the goodness and hydration, but without such a rich dewy finish. To use our face creams apply them in both the morning and evening after our Anti-Ageing Face Serum and Anti-Ageing Face Oil. For the eye area we have our stunning Anti-Ageing Eye Cream. Nakin’s comprehensive cleansers, creams and treatments give skin everything it needs for clear and radiant skin. To find out more about Nakin visit the links below.
