She advised Women’s Health Magazine that her diet includes eating really good fruits and vegetables, less fried food, sugary drinks and alcohol as it is so drying to skin. Her diet is mainly just fruits and vegetables and healthy lean proteins and water. A typical day might be to have warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. She does drink coffee, but also has a shake, eggs, avocado and coconut oil on whole wheat toast, and drinks lots of water throughout the day. One of her trainers Danielle Lagree shared some of those exercises with InStyle Magazine and Women’s Health magazine. This includes lunges for legs, kickbacks with a moving disk, and resistance band work such as overhead extensions and chest presses. People magazine reported that Jen advises to shake up your routine to keep your muscles alive so also runs, does bike training and celebrity fitness programmes like The Class and Body.
