If you have spent a lot of time in the sun in the past, then you will know that the sun causes premature skin ageing. It shows up on the skin many ways, such as through an uneven skin tone, age spots, sagging skin and dehydration. If you have noticed this then you will probably want a good face care routine that helps to deal with this. There are so many options available to help to improve skin and anti-ageing skincare routine is an easy choice. At Nakin we have an award-winning anti-ageing skincare routine that can help with sun damaged skin. Our products are natural, and they cannot turn back the hand of time, or erase sun damage, but they can help skin to look fresh and healthy naturally.

How Good Skincare Can Help Improve Sun Damaged Skin

Proper skincare is essential in managing and repairing sun-damaged skin. The use of high-quality, antioxidant-rich products can help to counteract the harmful effects of UV radiation. These products work by neutralising free radicals, which are unstable molecules that can accelerate the ageing process. Moreover, a good skincare routine includes regular exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the generation of new ones plus deliver actives and extracts, thereby promoting a healthier complexion. It is important to note that regular use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen is the best line of defence against further sun damage. Find out all about our products below.
