At Nakin we have our animal welfare at the forefront of everything we do because we would never be comfortable involving animals in our business, in any negative way at all. So, when we started Nakin it was important for us to make all of our products registered with the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny Scheme. We know that lots of natural skincare brands are cruelty free, however, this registration is much more involved than just saying that our range is cruelty free. Instead, it requires a commitment for a brand to have cruelty free products at every stage in the lifestyle, from purchasing the ingredients, to the complete supply chain, plus this is audited.

We are an ethical company and love animals; all of our products are registered with Leaping Bunny Cruelty Free International. All of our products are vegan except our Lip Treatment Balm, which contains beeswax, due to its protecting properties.

This means that our customers can purchase our products with the safe knowledge that no animals have been harmed to produce our range.
