At Nakin we often get asked about our environmental policies, and we know how important that this is to our customers. Being environmentally friendly is also important to us, and we believe that all beauty products should be made responsibly. Our full natural anti-ageing face products range is all ethically made in the UK, and made with the highest quality natural ingredients. We believe that naturally farmed ingredients are far more superior for our skin, our overall health, and the environment.

As a small independent UK company, we aim to be as ethical as possible. We only purchase ingredients from ethical suppliers and sustainable sources, plus all of our products are biodegradable.

We do not use any animal ingredients in the products, and everything is vegan apart from the beeswax in the Lip Treatment Balm. The range is all cruelty free registered with the Leaping Bunny Scheme, meaning that no animal testing takes place as any point, from the ingredient production to the later supply chain. This is not something that many brands can say, and having a cruelty free product does not always mean that the product has not been animal tested at some point in its life.

Our packaging is recyclable wherever possible and mostly made from clear PET, which is the easiest to recycle. All of our bottles are made from sugar cane bioplastic, which offers exceptional high-quality while being environmentally friendly at the same time.

By avoiding harmful chemicals like parabens, PEGs, glycols and synthetic fragrances, we minimise the impact on ecosystems while promoting skin health.
