At Nakin we make all of our natural anti-ageing skincare with love. As a small business we pride ourselves on making all of our products ethically in the UK with lots of love. It's really important to us that everything is made ethically, and being a small brand we take a huge amount of pride in our products and customer service. Our ethical commitment at Nakin includes the below.

• Our products are filled with the best rejuvenating botanical actives and extracts available, to help skin look as good as it can naturally.
• Every product is cruelty free, meeting the Leaping Bunny gold standard requirements.
• All of our ingredients are sustainable sourced from ethical suppliers and our cleansers, creams and treatments are biodegradable.
• We avoid undesirable ingredients such as parabens, PEGs, silicones, mineral oil, artificial fragrance and colour.
• We are proud to be a UK business and our full range is also made in the UK.

The quality of our skincare products relies on the ingredients that we use. Not only do we pick the best plant ingredients possible, but we also ensure that they are sustainably grown from ethical suppliers, so that we do not leave an imprint on the environment. Our award-winning cleansers, creams and treatments are also biodegradable and mostly vegan. The only exception is our Lip Treatment Balm as it contains sustainably sourced Beeswax, for its nourishment and protection properties.

Our aim is to make the best possible natural skin care, which is why the ingredients that we use are scientifically proven to improve skin and enhance it in many ways. We believe in helping skin to look as good as it can naturally, which means that you will never find ingredients like parabens, PEGs, silicones, mineral oil, artificial fragrance and colour in any of our skincare. Lots of natural brands still use ingredients like silicones and PEGs in their products but they are on our banned list. This is because we believe that they have no rejuvenating benefits for skin, and instead we like to pack our products with natural ingredients that actually make a difference.

One of our proudest achievements is meeting the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny standards, as we do not believe that animals should be harmed in any way for beauty purposes, or any other purpose. This gold standard means that as well as our ingredients and products being cruelty free, we also ensure that our suppliers do not test on animals, and we are not part of a larger organisation that tests on animals.
