Exfoliator for Distressed Skin

At Nakin we have lots of customers that started using our range because their skin was distressed. They were looking for a range of face products that would help their distressed skin, instead of making it worse like lots of conventional products can. One of the face products that always needs to be handled with care is an exfoliator, and especially if your skin is already distressed. We have everything needed in a good skincare range and this includes our Exfoliating Radiance Tonic. At first glance an exfoliator may not be the best option if you have distressed skin, but it can work very well for some conditions such as dryness, dehydration, dullness and lines.

At Nakin all of our products are made with sensitive skin in mind and this includes our face cleansers. We have everything that you could need in a face care range and we usually recommend our Advanced Cleansing Milk for skin that is stressed, as the plant oil cleansers are so nourishing and healing for skin. We also have a face wash and then our Purifying Face Toner which is lovely as a second cleanse, for purifying skin and conditioning. Our Exfoliating Radiance Tonic is a skin exfoliator which is a powerful product but still manages to be kind to be skin at the same time, and is filled with lots of fruit AHAs that help to renew the skin.

Our exfoliator is designed to gently yet effectively rejuvenate skin, removing dead skin cells, and promoting the natural renewal process. Infused with nurturing ingredients, it exfoliates skin exceptionally but also aims to soothe irritation, reduce redness, and enhance the skin's overall texture and radiance. Regular use helps to unclog pores, preventing the build-up of impurities that can lead to breakouts, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Any type of exfoliator can be quite strong for skin, especially if it is in distress, so always take care when using one, however gentle that it is. Our Exfoliating Radiance Tonic is a modern natural liquid formulation. It is a powerful product and please carry out a patch test and introduce slowly into your routine, as with any new product. It can be used up to nightly but perhaps start with twice a week and build up if required.

As well as fruit AHAs the exfoliator formula also includes citric acid as it helps to clear pores and even skin tone. Then there is hydrating hyaluronic acid, plus conditioning seaweed and green tea. Everything in the Nakin range is made to be kind to skin. However, if you have a specific medical requirement then it will be best to check with your practitioner to be sure they are happy with this.
