Alternative To REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk

One of the brands that we are often compared to is REN, as we are both natural brands and use similar ingredients. The REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk is described as a hydrating make-up melting comforting cleanser, and this also sums up our face cleanser which we believe is one of the best cleansing milks available. Both products contain a nice amount of plant ingredients. The REN milk has sesame, blackcurrant, sunflower and calendula and the Nakin milk has grape, olive, sunflower and hyaluronic acid. So, they are both super kind to skin and offer lovely hydration and nourishment. The REN milk is made for sensitive skin, as is Nakin’s, however ours can also be used for other skin types as we formulated it with ingredients that work with every skin type; be it oily, normal, dry, sensitive and combination. Nakin’s Anti-Ageing Cleansing Milk is also calming and soothing to sensitive skin, reducing redness and irritation but improving skin hydration.

One of the differences between the Nakin Cleansing Milk and the REN one is the amount of essential oils that they contain. We feel that the REN cleanser has quite a lot, with mandarin, cinnamon and rose geranium essential oils. These are completely natural fragrances; however, the essential oils seem appear in higher quantities than we would use at Nakin. Our full range is made with sensitive skin in mind and so for products that contain fragrance we use only a tiny amount of a 100% natural blend.

Another significant difference in the products is the price. The REN Evercalm Cleansing Milk is £25 for 150ml, compared to our Nakin Advanced Cleansing Milk at £15 for 150ml.

Both products have great reviews. Customers love them for their clean ingredients that are free from undesirables. They both remove makeup, dirt and pollution from skin without being harsh. They can both be used in the morning and again in evening, plus both make excellent facial cleansers. The products are also used in the same way by applying into the palms of the hands and massaging over the face and neck. Then remove with a cotton pad or reusable wash cloth, or while in the shower.
